In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

By accessing the bn99 Platform, registering an Account, or placing any bet or wager through the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. You warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, and current.

One Account Per User: Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) active bn99 Account at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bn99 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances held therein.

Accurate Information: bn99 may require you to provide additional identification documentation — including but not limited to CNIC, proof of address, and payment method verification — as part of the KYC process. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in Account suspension and the withholding of withdrawal processing until documentation is received and approved.

bn99 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL internet banking, UBL online transfer, Meezan Bank IBFT, Raast instant payment, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit amount may vary by payment method and is displayed in the Cashier section of your Account.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. bn99 does not accept deposits made on behalf of a third party. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bn99 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account on the bn99 Platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or at any other point of interaction with bn99.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to access the Platform, place bets, or exploit games.
• Exploiting known or unknown software bugs, errors, or loopholes in games or the Platform interface to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to influence the outcome of any game, particularly in poker, live casino, or any game with a social competitive element.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent, criminal, or otherwise unlawful means.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or to facilitate the placement of funds derived from criminal activity.
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming control, including self-exclusion, by registering under a different identity.

bn99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the Account holder or from a third party acting lawfully on the Account holder's behalf.
• At the Account holder's own request.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any Real Money Funds Balance will be returned to the Account holder via the original deposit method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. bn99 accepts no liability for losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device performance, software conflicts, or any other technical circumstances outside of bn99's direct control on the player's end.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bn99 holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of any dispute, complaint, or claim arising from your use of the bn99 Platform, you are encouraged to first contact the bn99 customer support team via the in-site support portal. bn99 will endeavour to resolve all complaints within a reasonable timeframe and will communicate the outcome of any investigation in writing.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved through bn99's internal complaints process, you may be entitled to refer the matter to the independent dispute resolution service designated by bn99's licensing authority. Your continued use of the bn99 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately cease accessing the Platform and contact bn99 support to request Account closure.
